When we -Adriana and Leorimar- founded SheRunsOnAI, it wasn’t just about technology. It was about timing. We could see a gap forming before most people were even talking about it: women were being left out of the conversation about artificial intelligence.
Our background spans over 20 years of corporate experience, advising some of the most admired companies in the world on how to attract, develop, and retain the best talent. From our roots in Mexico and Venezuela to our home in the United States for the past decade, we’ve had a front-row seat to global workforce trends. We’ve seen how organizations evolve, how talent adapts, and how innovation can either close or widen opportunity gaps.
