Who we are
Two friends. Curious, restless, and completely energized by what we're living through right now.
We've spent over 20 years advising companies on talent across industries and continents. We've always believed in the power of networks, and more specifically, in the power of women who show up fully, carry a lot, and still find ways to create.
That's who we built this for.
This moment in AI is not reserved for the people writing the code or building the models. It belongs just as much to the people deciding how to use it. The way things get built today is fundamentally different from how they used to get built. We now have that power.
But only if we're engaged.
If women aren't in the conversation, if we're not sharing our stories, if we're waiting for a better moment, we will be left behind. And we can't afford that.
The barriers that kept us out before are gone. Education is not a barrier. Access is not a barrier. So it's on us.
We started She Runs on AI because there's too much at stake to wait, and too much to gain to sit this out. Women who are doing it all, carrying it all, have more to gain from this technology than almost anyone. We just have to decide to lead with it.
