Thinking—and Designing—Better Workplaces

Meet Jaqueline

Jaqueline Oliveira-Cella is a global employee benefits leader, actuary, and workplace wellbeing strategist, Jaqueline has spent over 15 years helping Fortune 50 companies build healthier, more human workplaces. She blends design thinking, behavioral science, and global health expertise to create tools that support clarity, confidence, and better decision-making at work.

She’s also the creator of S-A-F-E™, an AI-enabled reflection method helping leaders cut through noise and think with intention.

How “She Runs on AI”

Jaqueline uses AI the way most leaders wish they could:

Not to replace thinking — but to augment it.

Her mornings begin with mindfulness, setting intentions, exercising and a short S-A-F-E™ reflection inside ChatGPT.

It’s a quick reset before client work, conflict navigation, relationship dynamics, or speaking prep. The process clears mental noise, pause, surfaces blind spots, separates fact from emotion, and helps her stay steady in moments that matter.

Her #1 AI Hack

"Use AI to widen your perspective before narrowing your choices"

When she’s torn between options — a design decision, a hard conversation, or the message for an upcoming talk — she runs each scenario through S-A-F-E™:

  • What’s fact vs. story?

  • What emotion is active?

  • What frame am I using?

  • What’s the next wise step?

It’s simple and fast. It builds emotional steadiness at the exact moments where reacting quickly is tempting, but rarely helpful.

Jaqueline created S-A-F-E™ to be more private than ChatGPT with equitable access to all ChatGPT users. Here is how you can access:

  1. Login on your personal ChatGPT

  2. Go to the GPTs tab

  3. Search for “S-A-F-E Leadership & Daily Reflections”

  4. Start by sharing a real situation — even a small one — and notice what shifts

How AI Changed Her Routine

"At first, AI was just a practical helper for me — speeding up data analysis, proof-reading communication, and turning long reports into something usable on a busy day"

But over time, AI evolved—and so did the way Jaqueline used it.

She turned the reflection method she created during her Harvard Medical School capstone into a GPT designed for deep thinking.

And something unexpected happened:

“The more I used it, the more it rewired my habits. I started applying S-A-F-E™ even when AI wasn’t open—pausing, identifying blind spots, checking my frame, and choosing the next wise step.”

What started as a tool became a muscle.

Her Advice to Women Exploring AI

Start with curiosity, not perfection.

You don’t need to “master AI”. You just need one useful doorway in. Pick a tool, try one workflow, and let it earn its place in your routine.

Treat AI like a thinking partner, not a replacement.

Run hard conversations, or tough choices through S-A-F-E™. It surfaces blind spots we often carry alone. The wisdom still lives in you.

Begin with something small but meaningful.

Rewrite one email. Map a messy problem. Test a scenario you’ve been avoiding at S-A-F-E™. Small wins build confidence fast.

Follow SheRunsOnAI™ for inspiration from women building, thinking, and leading with AI. Let’s ‘Run on AI’, not to run faster but go to places we’ve never been before, together.
