How “She Runs on AI”

When Kyra drafts a new workshop activity she feeds draft instructions, data, and success criteria into Claude. She then asks it to role-play several distinct student personas. The model walks through the activity as each persona, surfacing nuanced questions, potential stumbling blocks, and misinterpretations she might have missed.

Her strategy is using AI to stress-test critical scenarios through role-play. Whether it's preparing for a high-stakes meeting, practicing a conversation with a manager, or rehearsing a tough conversation, Kyra uses AI to simulate diverse personas and perspectives.

The Impact: How AI Changed Her Routine

Before AI, Kyra was limited to testing workshop activities with a single student group, constrained by time and resources. Now, she can workshop 3-4 activity formats in a single 30-minute session, which allows her to test out more creative and out-of-the-box ideas. Now she develops learning experiences that are more nuanced, inclusive, and effective than ever before.
