I am Adri González, Single, mom of two cats and with the greatest obsession of leading teams, developing colleagues and executing bold business strategies. I have spent over 25 years in the corporate world, starting in the technology industry where I understood that the technology and the tools can make life easier, deeper and funnier. I am a frustrated but persistent golfer, an avid reader and a lover of fine wine.

LenAI (a Mercer proprietary AI tool) and Chat GPT are present throughout my day with personal and professional purposes. I use these tools for everything- from planning exotic travel itineraries that take me beyond the typical tourist experience, to creating learning and upskilling guides based on trending topics, to gathering and analyzing information that enriches my own perspectives.

How AI Changed Her Routine

What used to take me a day or two, I can now accomplish in just a few hours. I have gone from reading four or five documents to prepare a speech or point of view, to accessing summaries and key highlights, cross-referencing them with additional information and historical dashboards, and generating new insights based on my own experience.

Her Advice to Women Exploring AI

“Don't be afraid to experiment, and don't feel embarrassed if you don't know how to use the tools- just start trying. Practice, explore, and if you are up for it, ask younger colleagues for new hacks :)”
